Catch Up License Agreement

- Introduction
This License Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Catch Up and you, the user ("Licensee"), regarding the use of the Catch Up Slack summarization bot ("Product") available at your designated URL. By downloading, accessing, or using the Product, Licensee agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement, in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and EU laws. - Grant of License
1.1 Personal License: Subject to this Agreement, a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Product for creating unlimited personal or commercial Slack summaries.
1.2 Team License: Grants the same as above, but use is extended to team settings, allowing team members to select a recurring date for summarization posts. - Restrictions
Licensee shall not modify, reverse engineer, or create derivatives of the Product, remove proprietary notices, use the Product in violation of laws or third-party rights, or sub-license or otherwise transfer rights. - Ownership and Intellectual Property
All ownership and intellectual property rights in the Product remain with Catch Up. This Agreement grants no ownership rights to the Licensee. - Warranty and Disclaimer
The Product is provided "AS IS", without warranties of any kind. Catch Up disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. - Limitation of Liability
Catch Up will not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages related to this Agreement or the Product, to the extent permitted under applicable law. - Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by EU laws, specifically under the jurisdiction of an appropriate EU country. Disputes will be resolved in EU courts. - Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the full agreement between the Licensee and Catch Up, superseding all prior agreements.
